Main trade-off
Craftsman 2100 MAX PSI Electric Pressure Washer
Car and Driver measured roughly 1600–1800 PSI depending on fan tip rather than the 2100 PSI headline.
Head-to-head
Choose the CMEPW2100 if you want the broader included nozzle kit and larger wheels for mixed outdoor jobs. Choose the CMEPW1900 for straightforward light-duty washing. Both list 1.2 GPM and the same hose and cord lengths, so the upgrade is smaller than the names suggest.
Before you choose
Each lists 1.2 GPM, equivalent to 12 gallons over ten minutes at that flow.
What this is based on
1.2 × 10 = 12 gallons. This is a rated-flow illustration, not a matched spray test.
Main trade-off
Car and Driver measured roughly 1600–1800 PSI depending on fan tip rather than the 2100 PSI headline.
Main trade-off
Its 1900 PSI/1.2 GPM class is slower on large concrete than high-output electrics and gas machines.

Compare Craftsman 2100 and 1900 electric washers for the nozzle kit, wheel size and shared hose reach before paying for the higher PSI label.
Winner by situation
Both offer a broad 40-degree tip and the same listed flow.
The 2100 adds an intermediate fan tip and a soap tip in its listed kit.
Both use a 35-foot power cord and 25-foot pressure hose.
The same flow rating does not support a large rinse-speed upgrade.
What matters in practice
Each lists 1.2 GPM, equivalent to 12 gallons over ten minutes at that flow.
1.2 × 10 = 12 gallons. This is a rated-flow illustration, not a matched spray test.
CMEPW2100's maximum rating is 10.5% higher.
(2100 − 1900) ÷ 1900 × 100 = 10.53%. A pressure-rating difference is not a cleaning-speed percentage.
The 2100 supplies two more listed tips and wheels two inches larger.
Manufacturer accessory lists contain five versus three tips. Wheel diameters are ten versus eight inches.

What you give up
What matters in practice
Both Craftsman models list 1.2 GPM. The 2100 name represents a 200 PSI increase in the maximum pressure rating, roughly 10.5%, not a jump in water throughput. If your frustration is slowly rinsing a large area, moving between these two models is a limited answer. A genuinely higher-flow washer is a different purchase.
CMEPW2100 includes 15-degree, 25-degree, 40-degree, soap and turbo tips. CMEPW1900 lists 15-degree, 40-degree and turbo tips. The intermediate fan on the 2100 gives you another useful choice between a concentrated pattern and a broad rinse. Do not assume that having more tips makes a delicate surface safe at close range.
Ten-inch wheels on the 2100 are more useful when the route includes paving joints or rough ground than when the machine stays on a smooth garage floor. Both supply a 25-foot hose and 35-foot cord, so neither extends your cleaning route over the other. If the lower-output model reaches everything and carries the right accessories, compare the actual Amazon bundles before paying more.
