Head-to-head

Anker C1000 Gen 2 vs EcoFlow DELTA 3 Classic: Anker has a 12V fridge port, DELTA offers six direct AC sockets

The short answer

Choose C1000 Gen 2 for a 12 V car fridge, 140 W USB-C device or a running load above 1,800 W. Choose DELTA 3 Classic when six direct AC sockets are useful and its offer costs less. Both have 1,024 Wh batteries with no expansion option.

Before you choose

The reasoning and the trade-offs

The fridge connector can matter before battery size

A fridge that requires a 12 V car socket can connect to Anker if it stays within 10 A and the plug requirements. DELTA 3 Classic needs a compatible AC power supply for that fridge. The station itself has no 12 V output.

What this is based on

Anker lists 12 V × 10 A = 120 W at its car socket. EcoFlow explicitly lists no 12 V DC output. Adapter compatibility must come from the fridge maker.

Main trade-off

Anker SOLIX C1000 Gen 2

Its 2,000 W battery output falls to a 1,800 W limit in bypass.

Main trade-off

EcoFlow DELTA 3 Classic

There is no 12 V DC output for a direct car-fridge connection.

About this comparison

Compare Anker C1000 Gen 2 and EcoFlow DELTA 3 Classic for a car fridge, six AC devices and mixed appliance loads. See the limits behind the wattage.

Choose C1000 Gen 2 for a 12 V car fridge, 140 W USB-C device or a running load above 1,800 W. Choose DELTA 3 Classic when six direct AC sockets are useful and its offer costs less. Both have 1,024 Wh batteries with no expansion option.

Winner by situation

Start with what you need it to do

  • My car fridge uses a 12 V plug

Anker has a compatible output type. EcoFlow needs a separate approved AC adapter.

What matters in practice

The differences that matter

The fridge connector can matter before battery size

A fridge that requires a 12 V car socket can connect to Anker if it stays within 10 A and the plug requirements. DELTA 3 Classic needs a compatible AC power supply for that fridge. The station itself has no 12 V output.

How we reached this conclusion

Anker lists 12 V × 10 A = 120 W at its car socket. EcoFlow explicitly lists no 12 V DC output. Adapter compatibility must come from the fridge maker.

Six sockets do not make six high-power appliances possible

Two hypothetical 1,000 W appliances total 2,000 W. That reaches Anker's rated ceiling and exceeds EcoFlow by 200 W. Leave operating headroom and check startup instead of using the number of sockets as a load guide.

How we reached this conclusion

1,000 + 1,000 = 2,000 W. EcoFlow is rated for 1,800 W total. Anker is rated for 2,000 W total, with a lower 1,800 W bypass limit.

A 140 W laptop has a different direct charging route

Anker can offer a supported 140 W USB-C profile from its high-power port. EcoFlow tops out at 100 W from one USB-C port. A device needing its full 140 W may require its AC charger on EcoFlow, using an AC socket as well.

How we reached this conclusion

Maximum single-port USB-C output is 140 W versus 100 W, a 40 W difference. Actual negotiation depends on device and cable.

What you give up

Every choice has a cost

If you choose Anker SOLIX C1000 Gen 2

  • No battery expansion.

If you choose EcoFlow DELTA 3 Classic

  • Rated AC output is 1,800 W regardless of the larger X-Boost figure.

Recommendation switch

The decision flips if...

I need a native 12 V car socket

Choose Anker SOLIX C1000 Gen 2. C1000 Gen 2 provides one. DELTA 3 Classic does not.

Six direct AC connections matter more than DC output

Choose EcoFlow DELTA 3 Classic. EcoFlow provides six sockets within its shared 1,800 W limit.

An extra battery is essential to my plan

Choose neither. Both models have fixed capacity.

What matters in practice

How to make the call

01

Choose the output path before the brand

For a campsite, a car-style DC socket may be more useful than several AC outlets. For a desk with separate chargers, six AC sockets can keep the setup simple. Write down the actual plug used by each appliance and check the combined load. Equal battery capacity does not make those connections interchangeable.

02

Ignore boost wattage for sensitive loads

EcoFlow lists X-Boost separately from its 1,800 W rated output. Do not use the larger marketing number as the budget for electronics, motors or equipment that needs a stable rated voltage. This comparison uses normal rated output for the load calculations.

03

Buy enough energy at the start

Both models omit extra-battery support. If your measured daily consumption already approaches a full kilowatt-hour before losses, plan for recharging or a larger station. Buying the cheaper unit now and adding an expansion battery later is not an available upgrade strategy for this pair.

Check these before buying

  • Confirm the EcoFlow listing says DELTA 3 Classic, not DELTA 3 Plus.
  • Check fridge input requirements and any approved AC adapter separately.
  • Include all simultaneous loads when checking the output limit.

What this comparison cannot tell you

  • These comparisons use US-model specifications. Load examples are calculations, not hands-on runtime tests. Check startup demand, port limits and the appliance instructions before connecting equipment.
  • Quoted battery capacity is nominal stored energy. Usable output is lower and depends on conversion losses, standby use, temperature and battery condition. A transfer-time claim does not certify critical-equipment compatibility.
