Main trade-off
NuWave OxyPure Smart
The washable marketing can obscure that its HEPA-carbon combination still needs periodic replacement.
Head-to-head
Choose NuWave for wheels, app automation and washable auxiliary stages. Choose Honeywell for a simpler certified-HEPA path, clear AHAM numbers and easier-to-find consumables.

Main trade-off
The washable marketing can obscure that its HEPA-carbon combination still needs periodic replacement.
Main trade-off
There is no particle sensor, Auto mode, app or scheduling beyond a simple timer.

Two high-airflow floor units compared on automation, washable stages, certified HEPA status, noise and filter cost.
The practical choice turns on independent airflow and controls, then on the constraints in your own setup.
Before you choose
OxyPure has several washable stages, but its HEPA-and-carbon main stage remains replaceable. HPA300 uses three HEPA cartridges plus a carbon prefilter. Choose OxyPure if you are willing to remove, clean and dry the appropriate reusable stages regularly. Choose Honeywell if a replacement-centered routine is more practical. Neither should be chosen on an assumption that every filter can be rinsed or that washable stages remove all recurring costs.
This compares the tasks remaining after purchase. The number of reusable stages is not a measured lifetime-cost result, and cleaning permission applies only to the specifically washable components.
Set either purifier to a deliberate manual level before a call if predictable fan behavior matters. Honeywell provides physical fan controls and a timer, while OxyPure adds sensing, Auto mode and remote adjustment for times when you are elsewhere. Choose Honeywell if that local manual routine covers your needs. Choose OxyPure when automatic response or remote changes are useful. Neither control scheme proves quieter operation at equivalent clean-air delivery.
Both can run at a fixed setting. OxyPure's additional controls matter when the room is unattended, while a sensor-driven fan change during a call is a different operating condition from a deliberately fixed level.
Winner by situation
For independent airflow, NuWave OxyPure Smart records “About 323 CFM measured” and Honeywell HPA300 records “About 305 CFM measured”. The published output matters only when the room, surface or workload needs the extra headroom. It does not prove better results by itself.
Its verified smoke airflow is strong enough to earn a place on the smoke shortlist. Use the room check for your exact area.
For mobility, NuWave OxyPure Smart records “26.5-pound cabinet with wheels” and Honeywell HPA300 records “Large fixed-foot cabinet”. This matters when the product must be lifted, moved, transported or stored after use.
Its onboard sensor can change the fan speed automatically. Check the model facts for what that sensor measures.
For controls, NuWave OxyPure Smart records “Sensors, Auto and app” and Honeywell HPA300 records “Manual speeds and timer”. For controls, this changes setup and daily operation more than the product's core physical job.
Its verified particle airflow and filter path suit airborne pollen in a correctly sized room.
Try your real numbers
The result checks hard limits only. Preferences stay out of the calculation.
No comparable verified smoke CADR is stored for this exact model.
300 CFM of verified clean-air delivery gives about 7.5 air changes per hour here. The 5 ACH target needs 200 CFM.
This uses maximum-speed, pollutant-specific CADR and a five-air-changes-per-hour target. Quieter settings deliver less clean air. It does not substitute raw airflow or a one-change coverage claim.

NuWave, 47001 / OxyPure Smart
A large rolling purifier with smart automation and several washable stages that can reduce: but not eliminate: consumable filters.

Honeywell, HPA300
A straightforward high-airflow True HEPA workhorse with no ionizer, no app and no dependence on a particle sensor.
