Main trade-off
Creality K2 Pro Combo
The 300°C nozzle ceiling is lower than the K2 Plus 350°C limit.
Head-to-head
Choose the Plus when the part or nozzle requirement exceeds the K2 Pro envelope.
Before you choose
The required 330 × 330mm footprint exceeds K2 Pro Combo and fits Creality K2 Plus Combo. This can avoid splitting the flat part.
What this is based on
Assume a square 320mm part with a 5mm brim on every side. Required width and depth = 320 + 2 × 5 = 330mm. Compare each axis with the published build dimensions. Purge towers, supports and machine exclusion zones need separate space.
Main trade-off
The 300°C nozzle ceiling is lower than the K2 Plus 350°C limit.
Main trade-off
The large chassis needs much more room than a 256 mm printer.

Winner by situation
The required 330 × 330mm footprint exceeds K2 Pro Combo and fits Creality K2 Plus Combo. This can avoid splitting the flat part.
Both K2 Pro and K2 Plus document active chamber heating to 60°C. The larger Plus envelope does not create a higher chamber-temperature ceiling.
Both selected Creality Combo packages include one four-slot CFS and an enclosed heated-chamber printer. Compare the actual part dimensions before paying for the larger K2 Plus.
The K2 Plus adds 11.3kg, about 48%, to the bare-printer weight. This can change whether one person can safely move it and how the bench is loaded.

A simple grid holds 9 footprints on K2 Pro Combo and 9 on Creality K2 Plus Combo. Use this as a plate-layout screen before running the actual slicer.
Assume 80mm square footprints plus 10mm allowance per grid cell for spacing. Count = floor(build X / 90) × floor(build Y / 90). No rotation, supports, purge tower or brim is modeled. This estimates layout, not throughput.

35 minus 23.7 = 11.3kg. 11.3 divided by 23.7 × 100 = 47.7%. Excludes CFS, filament and packing materials.

Creality, K2 Pro Combo
A 300mm enclosed CoreXY printer with a 60°C active chamber and a four-slot CFS. It suits larger functional parts and multicolor jobs that fit below the K2 Plus size.

Creality, K2 Plus Combo
The printer provides 350 × 350 × 350 mm build volume. The print area is enclosed.
Meaningful differences
| What changes | Creality K2 Pro Combo | Creality K2 Plus Combo | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|
| Build envelope | 300 × 300 × 300mm | 350 × 350 × 350mm | A one-piece model, supports and adhesion margin must all fit. |
| Nozzle temperature ceiling | 300°C | 350°C | The selected filament profile must stay within this limit. |
| Bed temperature ceiling | 110°C | 120°C | Check the required bed setting separately from the nozzle setting. |
| On-machine controls | 4-inch touchscreen | 4.3-inch touchscreen | This changes direct setup and monitoring interaction. |
| Monitoring hardware | Chamber camera plus nozzle camera | 1080p chamber camera plus nozzle camera | Camera resolution and detection features do not guarantee every failure is caught. |
What you give up
Recommendation switch
Choose Creality K2 Pro Combo. K2 Pro covers a 300 mm cube with a 300°C nozzle and 60°C heated chamber. Choose it when the larger K2 Plus envelope and temperature limits have no defined use.
Choose Creality K2 Plus Combo. K2 Plus adds 50 mm on each axis and raises the nozzle ceiling to 350°C. Check the bench and lifting plan alongside those larger part and material limits.
What matters in practice
The K2 Plus adds 50mm on every axis. A 320mm panel is a direct size reason to move up, while ordinary small PLA parts do not require the larger platform.
Both specify a 60°C chamber, so chamber temperature alone does not justify the Plus. Its 350°C nozzle and 120°C bed widen the temperature window separately.
The K2 Plus weighs 35kg versus the Pro 23.7kg in Creality’s table. Plan delivery, bench loading and maintenance access before placing either machine.
